The process of ordering a car at auction:
1. Selecting a car: Select the car you are interested in on our website.
2. Checking availability: Contact our managers to confirm the availability of the car.
3. Registration of documents: Provide copies of your documents for purchasing a car in your name (civil passport and proof of residential address).
4. Preparing the contract: We will send you a contract including the purchase, delivery and customs clearance of the car in your name, taking into account all the conditions and cost.
5. Signing the contract: Please print and sign the contract within 48 hours.
6. Transferring the signed contract: Send us a copy of the contract you signed via WhatsApp/Telegram or E-mail to confirm the transaction.
7. Making an advance payment: Pay 5-10% of the cost of the car on our website as an advance payment as a guarantee of the seriousness of your intentions.
8. Purchase of the car in your name: Within 2-3 business days after receiving the signed contract, we buy the car at the dealer auction in your name. You will be provided with a full report with photos, video, condition report, documents in your name.
9. Preparation for transportation: The car is delivered to the shipping company where we arrange for its shipment by plane, ship or car carrier.
10. Confirmation of shipment: We will send you photos of the loaded car, shipping documents in your name and the tracking number of the shipping company.
11. Final payment: Within 48 hours after the confirmation of shipment, you need to pay the remaining amount and provide us with proof of payment.
12. Pick up the car: When the car arrives in your country, you can pick it up from the shipping company indicated in the documents.
13. Your new car: Congratulations! You become the owner of a quality car from the European Auction with a guarantee.
